SANRIO SNICKERDOODLES

Soft and chewy snickerdoodles covered in a delicious cinnamon sugar coating. Made even better when turned into Sanrio characters
Servings 6 large cookies

Ingredients
  

cookie dough

  • 115 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 133 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 188 grams all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

cinnamon sugar

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Cream together the butter and sugar
  • Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix until combined
  • Add in all the dry ingredients and mix until combined
  • Shape the cookies by taking pieces of dough, balling it up, and then dipping into cinnamon sugar
  • Bake at 375F/190C for 12 minutes
  • Let cookies cool before decorating with melted chocolate
