Add in melted butter. Mix until combined
Cover and let refrigerate 1 hour. At this time also brush a madeleine pan with butter and refrigerate the pan.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag and pipe the batter out onto the madeleine pan
Bake at 183C/360F for 11 minutes
Let madeleines cool before decorating
Place melted chocolate into clean madeleine pan and press madeleines gently into the chocolate. Place this into the freezer to set (about 20 minutes).
