Icebox Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 90 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 grams all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  • Add in the flour and mix until a dough forms
  • Separate the dough and dye into desired colors
  • Shape the dough
  • Slice the cookies
  • Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes
