Did you know that you don’t need fancy smancy cookie cutters to make cute sugar cookies? You can just shape them by hand! That’s how I made these Sanrio and Miffy inspired cookies.
These cookies are made with a basic sugar cookie recipe so of course you could still use this recipe with a fancy smancy cookie cutter. Just roll out the dough and cut out the shapes like you normally would.
All of these cookies are made with a single cookie dough. Just dye the dough and shape the dough to make each character. They’re very simple and fun to make.

Equipment Used:
- Food scale
- Hand mixer
- Rubber spatula
- Mixing bowl
- Food coloring
- Baking tray
